Park Operating Policies and Information
RV Sites Occupancy: Maximum 6 persons, 2 pets, and 1 Auto. Extra Auto and Trailer parking availability is limited and should be reserved. The fee is $10 per vehicle or per trailer per night.
Cabin Occupancies: We do not exceed maximum occupancies.

Deluxe Cabin: 4 persons, 1 Auto, no pets.

2 Room Camping Cabin: 6 persons, 1 Auto, no pets.

1 Room Camping Cabin: 2 persons, 1 Auto, no pets.
Pet Policy - Pets are welcome in RV Sites only. Pets are not accepted in cabins. To continue welcoming pets we enforce a strict pet policy. A responsible owner and well-behaved pet will find these policies to be basic requests.
Pets are limited to 2 per RV Site. Pets are not permitted in cabins.
Quiet, well behaved pets only please.
Local Law requires pets to be on a short leash (6 feet or less) at all times.
Do not walk pets in any grass areas including your site. Use the pet walk areas or on the gravel roads.
Please always pick up after your pets.
If your pet is excessively noisy, please do not leave them unattended.
Pet Sitting is available for a fee.
If your pet disturbs or threatens another guest or employee of the RV Park, the pet will be asked to leave.
Arrivals/Departures:
Checkout time: 10:30 AM. No exceptions please.
Check in Time: RV Check-in time is 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Cabin Check-in time is 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Early Arrivals: Arrivals more than one hour before our check in time of 1 PM will be charged an early arrival fee if we can accommodate the early arrival request. Guests should call prior to arriving early to check availability.
Late arrivals (after 9:00 PM) rarely are permitted for the comfort of all guests. Do not arrive late without prior consent.
Late Departures: If you need some additional time before departing, please check with our office. If we can accommodate your needs, a fee will be assessed. Late departures generally cannot be accommodated.
Stay Extensions: Unscheduled extensions to your stay will probably require a site change and will be subject to availability.
Quiet Hours: For the convenience of all our campers, we have established quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No running of generators at any time. Do observe the quiet hours. Many guests arise early to visit Yellowstone for wildlife viewing.
Site Parking: All vehicles shall be parked on the gravel site pad. Please do not park RVs, bikes, motorcycles, or vehicles on grass. Park only in your assigned site.
Tents, screen rooms or any other structures not permanently attached to an RV are not allowed in this park.
Restrooms and showers will be closed for cleaning daily between11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Site Maintenance: Keep your site neat and free of litter including cigarettes. There are dumpsters located on each level of the park at the end of each row. Do not place mats on the grass in your site. We request you not leave chairs, games, bicycles, and other personal property on lawns that will impede lawn maintenance. Lawns are watered regularly. Articles left outside may get wet during the watering times. However, they generally dry quickly in our climate.
For safety reasons, we do not allow clotheslines in our park. Do not hang towels, clothing, linens or other articles from trees or fences. A laundry facility with 10 dryers is available for drying.
Grill Use: Protective mats - Please always use a protective mat on our plastic tables under any grill/cooking appliance. Protective mats are available from our office for guests without their own.
Food - You are visiting wildlife country. Please keep all food and coolers inside. Storing grills inside is also recommended.
Campfires - Provided area fire restrictions are not in effect, campfires are permitted in our fire rings at the Deluxe RV sites only.
WIFI - Complimentary WIFI access is provided. Wi-Fi speed is impacted by usage which is high between 5:00 PM and 12:00 PM. We do not guarantee Wi-Fi access at every site. Our main building is a Wi-Fi hotspot. Our system is designed to support email, messaging, and similar communication activities. Internet phone, video/movie downloads, and other bandwidth intensive usage is limited.
Guests should use caution when playing near or crossing any internal RV Park’s road.
Rocky Mountain RV Park & Lodging, LLC. will not be responsible for fire, accidents, or loss of personal property/valuables of any kind. Guests accept lodging and site rental privileges with the understanding they are responsible for their safety and their children’s safety.
